Here we are once again, our young Falcons shine and make us proud!
Mr. George had everything well planned out for our young Falcons on that Tuesday, March 16th, 2010. As he and I set up the event stations.
All of our young Falcons participated in every event. These events were: Floor Routine, Beam, T-Bars, High/Horizontal Bar and the Spring bar.
We started with stretching, then Mr. George sent the children to their stations (approximately four kids in each group). Three coaches - three groups.
The children rotated through each different "station". With I, Assistant Instructress Sue manning the floor exercises, Instructress Shannon handling the beam and Instructor George on the high/horizontal bar. The kids then rotated through the next three stations. Ms. Sue on the t-bar, Ms. Shannon with stretching exercises and Mr. George on the spring board.
The children took instruction very well! We even had a friend of one of our young Falcons join us in the meet who, enjoyed it so much, became a Falcon Member the very next week!
It was a great sight to see, my fellow coaches and I were proud to think how well our young ones performed to the best of their abilities. They sure did shine!
After our Tiny Tot Meet, there were snacks for everyone and all of our young Falcons won meddles! I even had one of our young'n tell me about her meddles she had at home from last years event. It was great that her Tiny Tot Meet experience from last year went so well that she was able to remember it at such a young age! As a coach, that is what makes it worth all the hours we put into this wonderful organization.
I know I can speak for myself and my fellow colleagues when I say that this is one of the reasons we are here.
Keep up the good work my young Falcons, you sure do shine!
A big thank you to all the parents, guardians and grandparents who brought their kids to participate in our meet and encouraged them every step of the way. They made for a great audience.

Are YOU in this picture? We're looking for "old" Jr. Bowlers.
Let's start with where in the world could you go and have sooo much fun! I'm talking about getting up on a Saturday or Sunday morning and going BOWLING! That's right! The Junior Bowling Leagues. It was my father Ray Zareczny and my mother Gerry Zareczny who started the Junior Bowling Leagues. Well having ten kids of their own they had to keep us busy so we weren't getting into trouble. So, they started the Leagues.

Celebrations in Poland traditionally involve a gathering of friends & family at the celebrant's home at the dinner table, followed by drinking and socializing, similarly to birthday celebrations. The song "Sto lat" is sometimes sung. Children, and often adults too, receive presents, just like on their birthday.
